The department’s decision on the forms for teaching, fall semester 2021
Due to the principals’ decision to open the university from 1 June 2021, teaching and examination at the Department of Political Science will take place on campus from the start of the next semester, 30 August 2021.
The return to campus teaching takes place gradually and responsibly. For this reason, lectures with more than 50 participants will continue to take place digitally, until new information is given. All other teaching is held on campus. The students are responsible for ensuring that the Government's, the Swedish Public Health Agency's and the University's decisions and guidelines regarding various safety measures are followed.
From mid-August and during September, the student office have limited opening hours for physical visits. Communication with study counselors and the student office takes place preferably via e-mail or telephone.
Delivery of exams and other archive material only takes place by agreement, (see for further information). The student office will, as far as possible, distribute exams digitally and only at physical meetings if necessary at the beginning of the semester. Please also note that the department's employees, as far as possible, will continue to work from home at the beginning of the semester, which means that it may take time before they have access to any material that you as a student want to take part of/request.

You also need to follow the Foreign Ministry’s recommendations as to travels to that country. Interns in both Sweden and abroad are obliged to follow their workplaces’ guidelines for employees. See Athena for more information.
If you will do an internship abroad you will continue to be covered by Kammarkollegiet’s (the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency) Student-UT insurance. Kammarkollegiet’s website provides information about the rules for economic assistance in case you need to get home or visit a doctor.
