Elena enjoys the Swedish fika tradition

Elena Moser

”My department is fantastic and offers so many different specializations. I chose ’Typology and Linguistic Diversity’ as it is such an interesting field. It can be of great help when learning exotic languages, as it involves looking at linguistic patterns and discovering similar features in different languages.”

Elena Moser, a master student from Switzerland, beams with enthusiasm when she talks about her studies. She decided to do a master at Stockholm University as she had always wanted to go to Sweden.

”Stockholm is an amazing study destination and Sweden is a great country. Something that I particularly like is the Swedish fika tradition. It’s a very good way to deal with the cold winter months.”

Elena Moser’s master’s programme is called Typology and Linguistic Diversity.
